many valid points are made as this story summarizes the difficulties in achieving cap and trade in the u.s. by using one representative farmer in montana. the political structure of the country is featured here., along with the added energy cost of making changes in energy resources. a major factor in the debate is mentioned: many americans still do not accept either/or that climate "warming" is caused by human conduct or will be catastrophic. without any solutions offered or other voices, this reads more as opinion than news.
