The Real Tax Outrage

The Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) found billions of dollars hidden in offshore corporate tax havens. This would no doubt upset the teabaggers to know that there is more than 100 billion dollars worth of tax shelters offshore created by many of Santelli's Wall Street pals. We don't have money to pay for schools, teachers, new roads, and health care, but billions of dollars are sitting in no-ask no-pay corporate tax shelters offshore. Full Story »

This story is an example that you can provide an interesting article with limited work. It is fairly good story that needs to read widely.

Perhaps the conservatives need to stop looking at Fox television and listening to Rush Limbaugh long enough to read this.

In all the stories I've read and seen about the teabaggers, this is the first I've seen that correctly points the finger at the real culprits in our tax woes--the fat cats who don't pay their fair share. Folks who are upset about paying theirs would do well to read this.

While having no opposing views, this article comes as no surprise. The K-Street gang in their prime had Santelli and his fellow teabaggers in their pockets. And with Rush and Sarah head of the party, it's going to be a funny thing watching the republicans going to the voting booths with tea bags taped to their cloths. They looked like idiots!

The article starts with a description of the absurdity of nutcake radical right-wing behavior, citing differences in their bitching now that liberals are in power versus the absence of bitching when it was nutcake neocons in control and breaking the law. Reporting the hiding of offshore billions is like declaring the sky is blue. Okay. But what the Hell is the government going to do about it? That’s the real story. Not much here.

Nutcake radical right-wingers don’t give a damn about being reminded of their two-faced behavior. Because their outrageous rhetoric and behavior is intended to destroy Obama. Who cares what they say?
