True scientists would laugh at this. Al Gore is a joke, he is a politician who decided to go scientist on us. Does the man have the credential to really be preaching about green house gas emissions and the melting caps? The guy got D's and C's in his Earth science class and math classes in college. Is he really at liberty to be a part of global warming legislation? It's a waste of time and money congress, the Sun is going to go through increased and decreased periods of activity, its a fact of life. Maybe if people learned more than planets like Mars (caps receding there too) and Venus are undergoing climate change as well they would realize that it's not the work of humans.
