Can't call it journalism. More like legacy protection or a lengthy campaign ad. But Specter raises some good points, and certainly has a unique perspective to contribute.

And I can't really argue with his central point about the presidential power grab we've seen in the last two terms. Since those in power rarely give it back, I also agree that it is probably up to Congress and the courts to take it away.
