Waterboarding Used 266 Times on 2 Suspects

Vital story ...Times still hedging it's bets, where is the legal analysis

Shows NYT continued ostrich like view of blatant psychopathic torture and total lawlessness of CIA , D of J, torturers....during Bush and continued by the Obama criminals. Torture is a crime and it's prosecution is .... the times and Mr. Shane might have sited the cases tried in US courts over torture and/or Geneva convention trials which dealt with water boarding ...no shortage of evidence exists.
