Clear, concise, excellent, deals with the main source of global carbon emissions DIRECTLY.

Yeah, there goes China blaming it all on us for carbon emissions. That figures, we started it with the industrial revolution. Well you know what China you can either blame it on us or take your part to help cut emissions too. How are we suppose to fix all the damage you have done? We can't fight this war alone, you have your foot in the door too. This is a great story and it really hits the nail on the head. Takes different angles from China's point of view and opposing points of view as well. The key words are this: Any move by China, the world's FASTEST expanding major economy. Wake up China, quit blaming the west for the past, all eyes are on you.
