I think it was factual because it contained a lot of quotes and wasn't biased. It stated what happened without incorporating the author's own opinion.

I believe this to be quality journalism because it presents the topic alongside background information and future insight while staying balanced.

This is a very important topic because it could mean positive ties throughout all Latin America. For too long relationships have gone stale with our neighbors to the south and its time to move forward. Cuba should be included in the next Americas summit.
