Problem: apparently the program doesn't run until April 21. It seems illogical to submit a trailer and opening statement for review. BUT apparently this is going to focus on a real problem - that we've still got a lot of coastal water and rivers polluted by runoff from our daily lives (and from agriculture). Why not resubmit the broadcast when it happens?
