This story, principally of regional interest, reports that a Massachusetts educator has been chosen as Connecticut's next education commissioner. While his task in Massachusetts was, and his task in Connecticutt will be, to close the rich-poor performance gap, the story doesn't really report how he did in Massachusetts.
