While the subject of this piece is important, it was not reported responsibly. I realize that getting hard numbers for many of the stats required for this article would be difficult considering the unofficial nature of the work. However, The reporter doesn't really show that she put any effort into finding out information that would help the reader understand the scale, and depth of this issue.
