The Mexican government is between a rock and a hard place. While they are doing their best to kill these cartel heads, I'ts hard to do when you're out-gunned. These policemen are crazy to even join the force, when they know they can be killed at anytime.

Unless Obama legalizes Marijuana, there's nothing he can accomplish with this meeting, besides maybe doing something about Trade issues.
