An interesting angle on the "reforms' of offshore banks following the G20. Explains how things can change, but only on paper. The article failed to explain how countries dependant on Tax Haven banking can replace this source of income with another.

I suspect, this was a flurry for PR sake and the Tax Havens will be back under the radar within a few months. "yeah we'll get around to it"..will be the refrain..and understandably so.
