These matters are totally speculative but treated as if near fact.

I doubt if there is that much American money hidden in Swiss banks. But, then who actually knows? You never hear about the huge tax evasion by illegals who often work in jobs where they are under the government radar. Multiply 10 million by $1000 a year and you have $10 billion.
