You can only have corruption, if you have money. The money is coming from the U.S. What nutjob is in charge of giving out and accounting this money?A good story that is factual even if it is not sourced well.

He talks of the Bush Admin., like Obama can stop the corruption. The Afgan's. have to do this. When people are afraid to go to the police, then the police needs to be replaced.
