(Blog Post) Even if we succeed in stamping out the safe havens in Afghanistan and Pakistan, terrorists could merely relocate. If multi-decade, multi-trillion dollar campaigns are required to nation build and clean out any and all safe havens, we'll go bankrupt chasing shadows (it should be noted that Osama bin Laden has stated, repeatedly, that he plans on draining our resources by getting us to do just that).
