This is a story from my Web site, so I won't give specific ratings, but I feel this is a timely look at issues that are definitely being lived-out in the wake of the Fort Hood shootings.

In other words, in measuring the psychological impact of traumatic events, we may be overestimating the importance of direct exposure to the tragedy, and underestimating the importance of the person’s underlying life condition — the resources, tangible and intangible, they have to draw upon.
