Very well done there was no mention of what charges might be brought to cover the injured. Many sources were used to bring a fair article and most important the issue that the President has ordered sharing of information and an investigation of why it wasn't.
The major was supposed to deploy to Afghanistan with several Army Reserve units of mental health professionals trained to deal with combat stress. Five of the soldiers he killed were from these reserve units. The civilian, Michael Grant Cahill, 62, was a physician’s assistant who had been working at Fort Hood and, according to his family, had also worked with soldiers dealing with mental health issues who were either going to or returning from overseas.
President Obama has ordered all government agencies to search their files for any information obtained about Major Hasan before the shootings at Fort Hood, the White House announced on Thursday. In an order dated Tuesday, the day Mr. Obama attended a memorial service at Fort Hood for the 13 people killed, he also directed the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Defense Department and the intelligence agencies to assess how the information was “handled, shared and acted upon.”
At least the President acted with dispatch to get all the information that is out there into light and for sure the military’s court will have all it needs and further, and important, heads will roll when the White House reviews these agiency’s failures.

Having killed 5 members who were in the same units as Hasan sure adds gravity to the charge of premeditation.
