This was not intended to be journalism, it is the raw material of a formal report of things the Bush administration was trying to hide from journalists. This was covered over with official propaganda to the public of such things as Bush declaring to the sycophantic corporate press that "we do not torture."

The only downside to this is that leaks may make Red Cross access more difficult in the future. But if the information is only hidden by the guilty government parties, what good is the Red Cross access? These criminals must be prosecuted.
