This news analysis is excellent journalism. The author has studied the situation in Iraq, and the influence of Iran's government, and provides context for the negotiations for the new government in Iraq. He explains how Iraq is leading the Middle East in developing a government elected by the people, and uses examples from history to point out that this is a process that takes time. Well written.
