Gen. Colin Powell addresses torture

(Video) There were conversations at a senior level. I cannot go further... You will have to go to the written record... You are asking me a legal question. I am not sure if any of these items could be considered torture. I will let those who are making a legal determination make that decision. We had no meeting on torture. Maddow asks tough questions. Powell looks like he is concentrating very hard on his dance steps so he does not look guilty of torture yet, seemingly hoping there is no prosecution and investigation, or that fine details of law would excuse those at the top by some shallow plausible deniability.
