If a truth commission deposes lower level participants with immunity in order to fuel a prosecution of higher-ups by an independent prosecutor, this would all work together. US and international law require prosecution for war crimes.

This my friends is not Africa. The only way Africa was going to reconcile was to have something on the order of the truth commission. We have laws. Laws that have stood the test of time. Lets use them.

I wish Obama would quit with the 'I'm just looking forward" approach. It does nothing but make people think that some kind of deal was made before he took office.
