Legalizing Marijuana could only make sense if it is legislated with series of conditions and senseful process which could promote responsible use of the substanse. it needs to be practical to manage and monitor. It could be most effective and success ful if it is provided free of charge under specific conditions. this would automaticall take away the exploitation and profiteering of the trading the substanse. A successful legalized Marijuana use. could provide solution to legalize use of tobacco and even alchahole at later stages of the campaign. one important element of the success would be to provide an administrated free supply of the drug which could take away the trade value of the substance in the market place. ali mohsseni
