If there was a tech labor shortage, pay would be rising. It is not. Microsoft and other large corporations import cheap labor on H-1B and other visas to fill mundane jobs and suppress any pay demands by their domestic work force. They lie and whine to get visas, and lobby and bribe legislators to repeat their lies. This is anti-labor, pure and simple.
