Leopold shows evidence of Democratic legislators failing to stand up for international law and prosecution of those who committed torture in our name, and again spells out some of the particulars of clear evidence of the crime.

Why do we have to look to Spain for a conscience and support for the rule of law? Call your congress critters every five minutes!
