The journalism just reports what Lindsay Graham said, but there is still bias with only mentioning what the Republicans would say.

this is ok journalism as it does have some balance. it is also well sourced. In terms of social capital conservatives would probably want to be harder on Iran as Graham says is necessary, but liberals would most likely not be in support of graham as they are already against the war and do not want the U.S. spending more money than it can afford at the moment
