While I can see some of the points about why this might cause problems, I love the concept! I want to start a fact-check board that has the authority to pull deceptive ads of all types, and overturn elections like this. I think it would revitalize the elections process because candidates would not depend so much on false advertising, and voters would trust what they say. I say bully for the British court!
