an excellent article that lays the foundation for the future of jurist prudence. Having two thirds of the courts made of conservative silk, Obama needs to pave the way for not a liberal court, just a fair one.

Holden needs to get to work on the prosecutions of the Bush Admin., hiring and firing of lawyers that were completely and faithfully Bush fanatics.
