The PEER press release reveals Obama administration censorship of EPA employees who posted their views, clearly identified as personal views.

A think they have a freedom of speech right, even as EPA employees. I also agree that cap and trade is deeply flawed, and carbon fees with rebates would be simpler and more effective.

Press release....government attempt to stop employees from saving our lives...I think it is valid and under reported. And thus good journalism..provides link to video.

The author has little knowledge of the civil service statutes or choses to ignore them, and while I may disagree with those rules, every civil servant is either required to follow the rules or not and accept the consequences. If this leads to a law change, that is what civil disobeience is about.

I agree with the intent of the couple, and the changes are not material to the arguement. Had this been GWB admin, they would be down at Gitmo for extended questioning if they chose not to resign.
