This is a well written, easy to comprehend presentation summarizing the various aspects of Depression and Metabolic Syndrom.

Well, alrighty then--it's time to put down the soda, turn off NewsTrust; and, go for a walk.

All psychiatrists in training are exposed to the so-called Bio-Psycho-Social model of mental illness, which states that mental health or illness is the product of complex interactions between the brain, ways of seeing the world, and the way people interact with one another.
