The title sounds like an Abbot and Costello baseball skit, but actually presents a small tidbat of information about wind turbines and the environment.

Other techniques being considered would be interesting. Slowing the rotation rather than stopping it would seem to work with lower losses, it that is feasible. Sounds in their echolocation frequency might be an interesting way to keep them away from the turbines. ... ...
