Battered woman. I think I heard about that previously. Now are we in for another run of battered woman as a big problem? I would have thought the problem would have been solved by now given the billions being spent to solve the problem.

Plenty of people have plenty of problems and there are plenty of social services to help them. The vested interests that work in this area are always trying to think up a new gimmick to improve funding.
