A slightly informative article, offering little other than a few off handed remarks by Mr. Welch. The writer did little other than to quote Mr. Welch "sans context" His view of Share Value is nothing new and has been said by him many times in speeches and other interviews.

He did a good job with the company, he made hundreds of millions and now his company share value has plummeted due to a v ariety of factors. GE is no more or less affected than other firms.
