Like the opinion article, this article also hinders social opinion because it's about how Arizona's immigration law was taken into court in an effort to overturn it. Another mechanism, that takes place in this article, has to do with the politics of economic scarcity. Although it hinders social capital, immigration may be a good thing for the public towards social capital and its impact. The law will keep the people of the United States well-protected from criminals that do come from other countries illegally and help out children of tomorrow live lives that people today didn't get the chance to live: a safe, peaceful life away from illegal immigrants, that are usually involved in drugs and law-breaking acts. So immigration, as well as this article, both promote and hinder social capital and all the collective values of social networks.

This law is about immigration and social capital. A factual article, once again, it explains why the new Arizona law and this article hinder social capital.
