While the content is all true, non of this story is news. All has been reported over and over, written about and even in documentaries. al-Qaida and the Taliban have been there for YEARS. Drones have been used for 3 years up there. The Pashtun Crisis is also a very old story..

npr has lost its edge...Sorry to be so critical...but much of this story could have been written with Google Searches as far back as two years ago in some instances...or earlier.. The Pashtun Story has also been World News for decades...Sadly for the Pashtuns they have taken in the Taliban and al-Qaida, they have made themselves targets for doing so. (very stupid)
