A report that will be bad news to the far left, who thought Obama would be different from the previous Admin., If all they get is a name change and some slight modifications they will not be very happy.

Covers the transition from presidental perogative to the rule of law, while somewhat understating the significance, it show that change is and will be slow but deliberate.

Just as Eisenhower left Kennedy with the bay of pigs. Bush one left Clinton with Waco, Bush two has left a complicated mess that holdovers are handling until the new administration can get all of its people on board. Many problems are going to have to be solved, and until the whole Obama team is on board, he will get his news filtered through Bush loyalist that have stayed around until they can be replaced.

An articulately written piece how the Obama Administration is dealing with the realitys of the captive terrorists in Cuba. Examins their wording and how they're backing away from earlier rhetoric. But will no longer call them Combatants for legal reasons.

It would seem Mr. Obama is taking this issue seriously and it is no longer a Sound Bite Issue pandering for votes..SO far 67 released detainees have gone back to Al Qaeda, the Taliban, one in particular set off a bomb killing 20 in Dubai.
