Another well expressed call for a Special Prosecutor surrounding the Bush Administrations treatment of prisoners, alleged illegal spying, wiretapping etc. Makes numerous attempts to argue a SP is the only possibility to HEAL the Nation and to learn what happened. Mr. Obama opposes it, he after all may end up having to make the same decisions whether he likes it or not, he might be keeping the door open. The 2007 Federal Anti Torture Act was Never passed. The original is too limited for use here.

Some mistakes were no doubt made, after the fact second guessing and making this another Ken Star situation isn't worth it. Americans today are more concerned with keeping thier jobs, houses, childrens educations and pensions than dwelling on what happened to some people who overwhelmingly want to kill us and have no respect for any laws, or respect for human life to begin with. Many on BOTH sides of aisle including Pelosi could be in a jam on this too.
