Huang has put together an interesting and unique view of bottled water, taking into account state laws across the nation and the energy consumption and public benefit balance. Respectably short but informative.

Water should remain in the commons, so people have a right to water. Privatization of water is a disaster; other approaches must be applied to address water shortages.
