Plenty to be happy about reading this article, but this is slightly deeper than a press release.

since this was written before the fact, it is not as effective as it might be.. there are references to other scientific issues that the memorandum will likely change, tho i wish they had been more in depth. the emphasis on stem-cell research is focused on what is probably the most controversial altho the article doesn't include that aspect directly.
