A short article skimming the actions and characteristics of Teabaggers using Rep. Bachmann’s Tea Party gathering at the capital (to scare congress) as its premise. Although it's obvious nutcakes have kidnapped the GOP, the author tries to make the point that neocons are falling into the pond of reactionism just when the tide may be turning, as shown by the two Governor GOP wins. But the wins may actually indicate voters’ disgust with incumbents. In New York’s 23rd district, neocons threw out the GOP candidate substituting their own and lost utterly.

What would the right-wing nutcakes do without the terms “Nazi,” “Red,” “Holocaust,” and all those other mid-twentieth century phrases?

“Boehner, for one, declared that the health care bill is the ‘greatest threat to freedom that I have seen.’ That’s some statement. A greater threat than Hitler’s Nazism or Soviet communism?”
