The complex positions of various actors in deciding what to do about the bush crime family is discussed. The motivations and arguments of Leahy for forgiving everybody and kissing them is not thoroughly examined. The point that prosecutions are legally required is not made.

I think prosecutions are needed and legally required. If we do not do it, the ICC should. Any immunity should be limited to information that will help prosecute higher ups. Senators were co-conspirators in violating the constitution; they should not be able to prevent prosecutions because it is a conflict of interest.
