It is amusing to see that this article successfully points out that fences circle people out and also circle people in. It was clever to point this out. It is a good example of journalism including an alternative point of view in such a way that one must think about its meaning. Settlement expansion needs an objective overview. It rarely gets one. I wonder if this could have been published in America?
