Is Obama embracing the lawless, omnipotent executive?

Greenwald finds Obama extending the doctrines of an all-powerful executive, rather than reestablishing the legal checks and balances provided in the constitution. The actions are flagrantly contrary to what the voters thought they were voting for in throwing out the Bush administration crime family.
