Everyone knows the Israel military assassinates high value targets. The author, in a well written piece which is sourced fairly well for an Israeli operation, also makes it clear that collateral damage means nothing to Israel.

I hope Obama doesn't get bogged down, like Clinton in his final year, in trying to bring peace to an area that doesn't want peace. They only want the illusion of talking peace for the people they represent.
