While the author takes no position on this issue, and should't, even the so-called experts cannot agree on a plan.With an election that the U.S wanted and then refused to negotiate with, the U.S. can't pick and chose who they negotiate with. You need to get all the parties in one room, instead of negotiating through the media.

Hamas is never going to stop their hatred for Israel, put they do have a place at the table.
