The journalism aspect leaves something to be desired. One question I walked away with is how the diversity initiatives will be handled in the future. Secondly, if the suggestion is true that minority underestimate their potential in becoming a judge, there’s a totally different problem at hand. The article does however give a compelling depiction of the legal system regarding the lack of diversity.
