An interesting article about the general lack of diversity regarding judges. It provides a little insight on the issue, and makes a few suggestions on how to increase diversity. While these points make for an interesting debate, the article could have benefitted from further exploration and reasoning behind those points. (An example - it mentions enacting mandates to improve diversity as a couple states have done, but doesn't explain what those mandates are, or how they help.)
