The picture painted is compelling. The references for the analysis appear to be provided in links, but the story is spared the details. The massive planning necessary world wide, if the temperatures rise as the models suggest, is truly mind boggling.

We need to find a way to reverse population growth on the planet. The article avoids that planning path.
