For Obama, 'change' doesn't come so easily

as the president's oratory filled televisions across the country, the words of another crossed my mind.

Reflecting on the state of modern electoral democracy, the political writer and activist Arundhati Roy once suggested that it really doesn't matter which party leads America.

I don't understand how the thousands of problems that the Bush Admin., left behind can be solved in such a short time. Getting our soldiers out of harms way is the highest priority of any U.S. President. He'll get to other problems in time.
