I would call this good journalism but not quality journalism. There were a few biases the author made about Jealous being a tech geek and some of the quotes used seemed more humorous, rather than factual. However, it did present all the facts regarding the iissue of the new NAACP president.

I liked this article because it gave me some news that I likely would have missed. I had no idea what a big deal it was for the new election of the NAACP president. I didn't even know that the last president embarrassed the entire NAACP. This article made me realize that there is so much else going on in the U.S. and the world. Sadly, mainstream media focuses on one group and it is hard to get news from different organizations and social groups. The media has to and will change as America becomes a greater melting pot for all people of all colors.
