A wake up call but who can fight against the bottom line.

Slightly off topic, our economies as a whole are, or at least have an element of a ponzi scheme (pyramid scheme) in so far as they have to be continually growing to succeed. The IMF announced that by 2010 the world will be back to 3% growth. Doubling time 23 years. How many countries do you know that can find double the resources and produce double the garbage and still have any quality of life. We have seen our future in Slum Dog Millionair.
